Please Note: Our application system has changed. Please read carefully.

1. Only Ventura County Health Department Approved MFF or TFF Annual permitted vendors are invited to apply.
2. Only a select number of food vendors will be participating this year.
3. All food vendors MUST TALK TO MICHELLE NASH PRIOR TO SUBMITTING APPLICATION in order to avoid food duplications. Michelle Nash (805) 908-1674 or
4. All money, permits and insurance must be submitted with application.
5. All fees are non-refundable.
6. No food vendors will be allowed in "bowl" with chili and beer. All food vendors will be along street and in food court.
7. All food vendors must have fire extinguisher onsite.
8. All paperwork needs to be submitted by March 1, 2020.
9. Four (4) vendor passes will be provided. Additional guests must purchase event tickets.

An inspection will be conducted on the morning of our event at 8:30 am. No food preparation can take place until you have been inspected. If for any reason you do not pass the inspection you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your space and registration fee. The space does not come with any amenities or power. Vehicles for un-loading will not be allowed to stay on the field, but you will be able to drive on and drop off. Vendors parking will be provided.

IMPORTANT RULES: No outside alcohol or firearms are permitted onsite. All vehicles, coolers, bags and hand carried items are subject to search at entry gate. No music will be brought in or played without prior approval of the Chair of the Chili Cook-Off.

This application must be signed by the person in charge and posted on the wall of your booth acknowledging that you understand the rules and regulations of this event. Anyone found in violation of these rules will be asked to leave and be disqualified from all future events.

You hereby agree to all the rules and regulations and hold harmless the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club (including its Officers, Directors, Members, Volunteers, District and Parent organizations) for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees incurred as a result of any legal action, in law or equity, brought against them as a result of your participation in the Chili Cook-Off held on Sunday, May 3, 2020. We further waive all rights of recovery against the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks for loss or damage as a result of your participation.
